Data Controller
The data controller is Zuzana Maneval, company ID (IČO) 21696420 (the “controller”). You can contact me via the contact form or on Instagram @zuzulehairstyle.
What data I process and why
When you send an enquiry through the form, I process the following data: name, email, phone, the type of service enquired about, preferred date, location and the content of your message. This data is processed solely to handle your enquiry and arrange an appointment — that is, on the basis of pre-contractual negotiations and the controller’s legitimate interest.
How long I keep the data
Enquiry data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and arrange the service, but no longer than 12 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship is formed between us.
Who I share data with
I don’t sell or share your data with third parties for their own marketing. For the technical operation of the website and email delivery, data may be processed by hosting and email service providers acting as processors.
Cookies and analytics
Besides the technically necessary cookies needed to run the website, I use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), with your consent, to measure traffic. Analytics cookies are only set once you consent via the banner at the bottom of the screen — you can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict processing, to data portability, and the right to object. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
